I noticed a couple issues in the City districts section of the chapter.
Asheland's introduction, Avalonia, and Government sections refer to Belmont instead of Asheland.
Sections describing Highwater and Levy's are identical in the Asheland and Belmont sections. THe Other Items of Interest section is nearly identical as well.
The Red Circus section in Idlewild indicates that "Daiy competition begins around 10:00 AM". I'm guessing this should be "daily"

Great catches, thanks! I apparently made some errors when I swapped Asheland and Belmont around.

This is what Asheland should look like:
This colorful district is known for once being The City’s historic center for the LGBT community, and leans toward liberal activism. Asheland has passed an ordinance placing limits on the installation of security cameras (e.g., only at defined crime-vulnerable areas), and has the lowest number of residents listed on the Child Registration Network. The district’s progressive reputation and lax drug laws attract a sizable population of homeless panhandlers throughout the main tourist areas, despite the kind relocation of many of them by local PSCs. Otherwise, crime remains low. Hawthorn Terrace. This hotel features 99 rooms with wireless ‘net access and a breakfast buffet. It's close enough to walk to Kessler Park, but not so close that the partying should disturb your sleep. Rooms from $283. Garden of Eden. M-F 2PM-4AM, Sa noon-5AM, Su noon-4AM. The Garden, as it’s known by the locals, is the place to go to ‘see or be seen.’ By day, you’ll find a slower crowd, but a surprisingly long menu full of creative entrees. Karaoke events are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Private VIP rooms upstairs cater to The City’s elite. The Yellow Brick Toad. M-Th 10AM-9PM, F-Sa 10AM-10PM, Su noon-7PM. This three-story cheap used clothing store is a highly entertaining, ‘anything goes’ store for customers who want change their look while on vacation. Color-changing nano hair treatments are available. Look for the bright yellow toad statue out front. Other Items of Interest. Balsam is the center of nightlife, with fun theater and music scenes. Kessler Park Mall is where teens flock to shop and show off. Further west are the neighborhoods of Andersonville and Oakton, with laid-back bars and restaurants. Wynnewood is one of The City’s most exclusive gated communities. Persons looking for a change of appearance may want to visit Sweet Life, a BioCom speciality clinic specializing in plastic surgery and life-extending artificial organ transplants. Be sure you can afford the payments – organ repossession is a serious business and should not be taken lightly. Government. Asheland has a board of directors with 36 elected members. The current chairman is Samuel Qiu.

And this is what Belmont should look like:
Plenty of visitors know the Oceanic International Airport, but head straight to City Central and never see anything else. However, if you truly want to explore The City, Belmost is a must-see. Much of the district has seen vast redevelopment, attracting hip, young urban professionals, celebrities, and clubs catering to the young heirs to our metropolis’ wealthiest families. Avalonia. An incredible underground complex in eastern Belmont, Avalonia is 20 miles of spacious pedestrian areas connecting residential and commercial complexes spread over 5 square miles! Enter through any of 129 surface access points (including four metro stations) to explore the air-conditioned and well-lit shopping malls, apartments/condos, hotels, offices, banks, entertainments, spas, sports facilities, museums, and schools. (Please respect all warning signs regarding closed tunnels and new construction zones.) Highwater. Recognized with a Five-Diamond award, this luxury skyscraper hotel provides top-notch service and impressive bay views. Rooms from $775 a night. Even if you’re not staying here, you might want to check out the 32-room spa and delectable restaurant (Hula’s) featuring contemporary American cuisine with Hawaiian, Asian, and Polynesian accents. Levy’s. Box office opens at 10AM on weekdays, 11AM weekends. This theater is known for its inventive, acrobatic culture-challenging shows; the once-banned repertory production of “Necessary Heroes” is a knock-out, and is said to feature real ‘Fluxed’ performers in its cast. Other Items of Interest. The Union Detention House, a Globex-run correctional facility with seven execution chambers, is in the outskirts of this district, though tours are limited. Government. Belmont is run by a board of directors of 50 members, with Karen Lagarde serving as chairman.
